Profiles

• In the Profiles tab, you can sort profiles by ID, Company name, Locked columns in descending or ascending order by clicking on the corresponding column

• To search for profiles by statuses, click on the Search params field and select KYC status

• To search by individual profile parameters, you need to use the Search field on the top right

• By clicking on the Id number, you can view all the information about the existing merchant. You can make changes on these pages and click the Save button at the bottom.

• In the KYC Files tab, you can delete or add new files. By clicking on the Browse button, add files and click on the Add files button.

• On the 2FA tab, there is an option to Reset google authorization qr code. To use it, check the box and click Update.

• To update the profile information, you can click on the Update button at the profile on the right

• On the update information tab and click on the Create button
