New Account requests

  • When a merchant requests to open a new bank account, an account opening notification appears in the side menu on the Account requests tab. The number on the sidebar corresponds to the number of requests to open an account

  • All the necessary information about the merchant is presented in the table, including the Currency of the account and the date of the opening request.

  • To open a merchant’s bank account, click on the Approve button

Merchant account can be opened by Admin and financial_manager_open_account roles The manager role only sees the list of requests
